Peggi
The illustration below is from a children’s book written by Morven Mitchell about a wooden peg called Peggi who gets left alone on the washing line all winter! I drew the illustrations in coloured pencil, scanned them and placed them in InDesign to create the book.

Nonnie
I developed the character of Nonnie the Quiet Little Mouse as a way of reassuring introverted or non-verbal children (and adults) that there’s nothing wrong with being quiet and sometimes needing time alone. The name Nonnie derives from the word ‘anonymous’ (a Nonnie mouse!).
